Celina has been with the City of San José for more than 20 years. During that time, she has worked in several departments providing excellent customer service. She is the receptionist and has greeted visitors of the Mayor/Council floor for over 10 years.  A fluent Spanish speaker, Celina is a longtime resident of San José, where she and her husband have raised two sons.
